FACULTY
OF EDUCATION
Department
of Library, Archival and Information Studies
Assistant
Lecturer
Suitably
qualified must possess a Master Degree in Library and Information Studies (LIS)
with an
evidence of eligibility to proceed to Ph.D. Such applicants must have a minimum
of three (3) publications in reputable academic journals in LIS and must have
taught for at least two years as a Part-Time Tutor on the DLC programme.
Lecturer
II
Suitably
qualified applicants for Lecturer II position must have a Doctor of Philosophy
(Ph.D.)
Degree
in Library and Information Studies from a recognized university. Such
applicants must
possess
minimum of two (2) years Part-Time teaching experience at tertiary institution
level, in
addition
qualified candidate should have at least four (4) publications in reputable LIS
journals.

addition, applicants should enclose two sets of Photostat copies of relevant

than six weeks from the date of this publication.
