The Edo University, Iyamho, Edo State, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill in the following position in the Institution.

Job Title: University Librarian
Location: Edo
Qualifications

• Candidates should posses a good honours degree from a recognized University with at least, Second Class upper division and a Master’s degree in Library Science.
• A recognized Professional qualification in Librarianship is required. In addition, 15 years Post-qualification experience in an academic or research library, three or more of which must have been spent in an administrative position.
• The applicant must also have to his/her credit several publications in reputable journals. A Ph.D degree in Library Science will be an added advantage.

Salary and Allowance
Salaries and allowances are as obtainable in Nigerian Public Universities.
